Shipping and Returns Policy

 

Shipping

 

Free shipping nationwide within the Mexican Republic.

Orders are shipped once full payment for the product has been received. Typically, orders received before 2:00 PM on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders received after that time or on a non-business day are generally shipped the next business day.

Estimated delivery time: Standard: 2 to 4 business days from your purchase confirmation. The item will be delivered Monday through Friday. No deliveries are made on holidays.

Returns

You may return the purchased item. Please call our Customer Service Center: +52 22 16 60 2910, or send us an email to: info@lujosohogarmexico.com, with your order details and the reason for the return.

IMPORTANT: to return an item, it must be in its original packaging; this is an essential requirement.

 

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, we will ask for photographs of the product and its packaging. Once the requested photographs are received, we will confirm if the return applies. For a return to be authorized, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period not exceeding 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email at info@lujosohogarmexico.com.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@luhom.net and request a prepaid shipping label from us, then send the item to: LuHoM, S.A. de C.V., Calle Manzanos No. 11, Col. San Cristobal Tulcingo, Puebla, PUE, 72106, Mexico.
